04Payment Terms
Net 7 Days
All invoices are due within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Payment may be made by ACH, wire transfer, or electronic payment.
05Late Payment
Grace, Overdue & Penalty
Coastal Investigative Research extends a good-faith grace period of seven (7) days from the invoice date, during which payment is due and no penalty applies.
From day eight (8) through day thirty-seven (37), an invoice is considered overdue. During this period the original amount remains payable in full with no penalty assessed.
Beginning on day thirty-eight (38), a late fee of ten percent (10%) is assessed on the outstanding balance. This late fee continues to accrue monthly on any amount that remains unpaid until the balance is paid in full.
In the event of continued nonpayment, Coastal may suspend services, withhold pending work, and pursue collection of any outstanding balance.
